Our restaurant is located in Hida Takayama region, despite surrounded by mountains, close to coastal cities of Toyama and Kanazawa, and thus various kinds of fresh seafood in season, "ingredients from the sea", are available every day by direct express delivery.

Fresh ingredients delivered every day, especially wild ingredients which we stick to use. Taste produced with Hida’s clear water and high-quality rice.
